My husband typically takes our cars to Jeff for repair and maintenance. I felt right at home in their beautiful office space and even got some work done during service. Jeff was polite and patient and made sure I understood the impact the car's history and current service would have on the future of the car. I was back on the road quickly with confidence. Jeff has serviced three of my cars (BMW & Audi) for the past seven years. I'm the type of owner that's concerned with long-term care and maintenance. All three of those cars continue to live beyond 125,000mi and were in good hands throughout their lives thanks to Jeff. Enhanced Auto's perspective, borne from OEM training, certification, and experience on countless makes/models, was a breath of fresh air compared to the typical dealership haggle and upsell experience. Took my Ford Transit Connect in for a pre-purchase inspection on Saturday. Jeff was very thorough and did a great job identifying the issues with the vehicle that needed to be fixed which in turn allowed me to negotiate a better price with the dealership. Jeff Lutsch is a top-notch mechanic who does it the right way. He is straight forward and honest with very reasonable prices, he has extensive knowledge and experience working on Audi/VW models (and many other car brands as well), and his work is as good as it gets.
